ArcGIS Toolbox For Weather Data

This software downloads daily NCDC and NexRAD precipitations and process them based on a watershed's shape file. It can spatially distribute precipitation data for each subwatershed. It generates data in csv format or in SWAT input file format. The software has a tool that inserts SWAT weather files in to SWAT model (SWATtxtinout folder). It also has tool for combining NCDC gauge and NexRAD precipitation data based on observed streamflow as described by Ercan and Goodal, 2013.
